Documents related to the application procedure are given below.

For Erasmus Student Mobility for Studies:

- Online Learning Agreement (OLA): The Learning Agreement is a standard Erasmus document that lists and approves the courses taken by the student participating in the Erasmus learning mobility program at the university he/she will host, as well as the courses for the relevant semester at his/her own university. OLA is the green, paperless new version of the Learning Agreement. It is the simplest and most convenient online way to complete the Learning Agreement online, get it signed, get opinion/approval from the sending and destination institution, and reach the final version of the document. Below is the web platform where the OLA will be prepared and signed.

We need to receive your application until July 31st, 2024 for 2024/2025 Fall (First) Semester or Full Academic Year, and November 30th, 2024 for 2024/2025 Spring (Second) Semester.

After your application, we will inform the regarding academic department about your application, and we will be waiting for their confirmation.

There is another important point which we have to state. In accordance with the regulations in Turkey, foreign students must do some procedures for taking residence permit, after they arrive in Turkey. One of them is buying an insurance which covers the Erasmus period. The Foreigner's Office in Turkey does not accept insurance policies which are taken in the student's own country without any confirmation by a Turkish insurance agency. In this point, there are two options;

1- Having the insurance taken in the sending country confirmed to an insurance agency in Turkey. However, we have a problem here. Insurance agencies in Turkey generally do not want to confirm the insurance policies which are taken from the sending countries.

2- Directly buying an insurance from a Turkish insurance agency, after the student arrives in Turkey.

Therefore, the second option seems more suitable. But we have to state that buying an insurance in Turkey may cost an amount of 150-200 € (prices given are approximate)
