The content of the planned study/traineeship mobility activity is prepared with the departmental coordinator. For our students that benefit from the programme, in the recognition process the compatibility of the content and the total ECTS credits they got in the host university with the content and the credits in the home university is considered. The minimum total number of ECTS credit for the outgoing student should be 30/60 per term /year. This compatibility is shown in the recognition sheet and the recognition process is finalized by the approval of Erasmus coordinators, executives of academic units (Deans, etc.) and high executive of the institution. While transforming the ECTS grades earned in the host university to the grading system in our university, the tables for grade transformation which are approved by the University Senate are used.
